Lokesh blames Govt for Rajupalem student's death
Slab collapse result of fake claims on 'Nadu Nedu'
Jagan publicity stunts causing greater suffering
AMARAVATI (prajaamaravati): TDP National General Secretary and MLC Nara Lokesh on Monday expressed deep grief and anguish over the untimely death of student Vishnu in the slab collapse at the Government school at Rajuapalem in Markapuram mandal of Prakasam district.
Mr. Lokesh said the life of the student would have been saved now, if the Chief Minister did take a U-turn on his promise to turn schools into temples. Despite many requests from villagers and parents, no repair was taken up. Could the ruling party bring back the life of innocent student now?
In a statement here, Mr. Nara Lokesh strongly criticised CM Jaganmohan Reddy for turning his so called 'Nadu Nedu' programme a mere publicity stunt. The Nadu Nedu had become care of address for the large scale corruption of the YSRCP leaders all over the State. This was the stark reality and this was causing a great suffering to parents and students in the Government schools.
Mr. Lokesh termed it as 'shocking and deplorable' that the ruling YSRCP leaders were carrying out scams in all activities from school bags to repair works. The general public were expressing shock and disbelieve at the shameless way in which frauds were happening everywhere. Even corruption was hanging its head in shame, looking at the scams of the ruling party down the line.
