Gudivada, Sep 4 (prajaamaravati): For the first time in hundreds of years, CM Jagan Mohan Reddy has conducted a comprehensive land survey in Andhra Pradesh, said state Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Kodali Srivenkateswara Rao (Nani). Gudlavalleru mandal under Krishna District Gudivada constituency is taking place in Angaluru village. Minister Kodali Nani was examined on Saturday along with Madhavilatha. Speaking on the occasion, Minister Kodali Nani said that YSR Jagananna Samagra Bhusurvey had selected Merakagudem village in the rural mandal as a pilot project in the first tranche in Gudivada division as part of the permanent land rights and land protection scheme. Gudlavalleru and Pamarru mandals were selected in Gudivada division in the second installment. Gudlavalleru mandal has instructed the authorities to look into the drone survey work going on in Angaluru village. Coming CM Jaganmohan Reddy has directed the authorities to complete the Samagra Bhusurvey by June 2023. The survey was taken as a top priority. He said the survey process would be corruption-free and ideal.
Village-wise records with maps will be updated as soon as the survey is done. Land cards will be given to farmers. He said the aim was to complete the survey on time. We are providing the resources needed to complete the survey expeditiously. He said CM Jagan Mohan Reddy had given clear instructions to procure other technical material, including drones, as required and also to provide software. The staff participating in the survey will be given the best possible training, We are using the services of experts for this. He said the government would go ahead with a comprehensive action plan with all the necessary infrastructure, staff and appropriate training for the project, which is being carried out on such a large scale. Farmers are watching without any trouble. He said AP was the first state in the country to complete a comprehensive land survey. CM Jaganmohan Reddy will also review the comprehensive survey with the officers of the concerned departments once every four weeks. CM Jaganmohan Reddy said he had instructed the underground mining officials to see to it that there was no shortage of survey stones. RDO, GUDIVADA khajavali charge of the program, Thasildar Anjaneyulu, EOPRD Dilip Kumar and others were present.
