Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan visits Tirumala

Vijayawada, February 10 (prajaamaravati): Andhra Pradesh Governor Sri Biswabhusan Harichandan visited Tirumala temple and had darshan of Sri Venkateswara Swamy on Thursday. On his arrival at the temple, he was received with temple honours by Sri Y.V. Subba Reddy, Chairman, Dr. K.S. Jawahar Reddy, Executive Officer, Sri Dharma Reddy, Addl. Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. After darshan, the Governor was bestowed aseervachanam and offered prasad at Ranganayakulu mandap by temple priests.  

Earlier, Governor Sri Harichandan attended the marriage function of grand daughter of Sri M. Venkaiah Naidu, Vice President of India, held at Sri Pushpagiri Mutt in Tirumala and offered his blessings to the newly wedded couple.

Later, the Governor left for Hyderabad by special flight from Renigunta International Airport, to participate in Sri Ramanuja Sahasrabdi Samaroham at Sriramanagar in Muchintal near Hyderabad.
