“On the occasion of the 76th Independence Day, being celebrated as ‘Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav’, I have great pleasure in conveying my warm greetings to the people of Andhra Pradesh,
Independence Day is a day of remembrance as well as of dedication. A day of remembrance of all those great freedom fighters whose sacrifice has paved the way for us today to enjoy the fruits of freedom. A day of re- dedication to the noble ideals of truth, non-violence, peace, solidarity and brotherhood which inspired our national struggle for freedom. On this auspicious day, let us pledge to rededicate to the cause of nation building.
Let us all come together and join hands to make the ‘Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav’ celebrations a truly memorable occasion. Wish you all Happy Independence Day.
