Gudivada, September 26 (prajaamaravathi): Telugu Desam Party State Executive Secretary and Workers' Welfare Fund Coordinator Sistla Lohit has expressed his anger over the comments made by state minister Botsa Satyanarayana on the Maha Padayatra of Amaravati farmers.  Speaking to the media on Monday, Sistla Lohit said that stopping the yatras is a five-minute task and Minister Botsa Satyanarayana saying that the yatras will be stopped if we want is done is outrageous. It was reminded that only with the permission of the High Court did the farmers of Amaravati undertake the Maha Padayatra till Arasavalli.  He said that the farmers' maha padayatra entered Eluru district via Krishna district.  He said that on the 23rd of this month, the Maha Padayatra entered Gudivada constituency near Reddypalem of Gudlavalleru mandal.  Thousands of people supported the Maha Padayatra held in Gudlavalleru, Gudivada rural mandals and Gudivada town on 24th.  He said that on the 25th, a great march was held across Nandivada Mandal.  He said that at every step the people gave a warm welcome to the farmers of Amaravati. He said that the Maha Padayatra, which was undertaken with the slogan of One State, One Capital, received an unexpected response in the Gudivada constituency.  He thanked everyone who contributed to the success of the three-day Amaravati Farmers' Maha Padayatra in Gudivada constituency.  Amaravati is the aspiration of the people of Andhra state.  He said that although the State High Court has ordered the development of Amaravati, the government is not working in that direction.  He said that the farmers of Amaravati had taken up the Maha Padayatra to open the eyes of the government.  However, it is known that the government is favoring the decision of three capitals.  He said that people's aspiration is being communicated to the government through the Maha Padayatra.  He appealed that Amaravati should be continued as the capital of the state.  He said that after changing the name of NTR to the health university in Vijayawada, many ministers are targeting Chandrababu for committing mischief.  He said that all the people of the state understood who was involved in selfish politics by changing NTR's name.  Sistla Lohit demanded that the government should open its eyes and continue the name of NTR for the health university.
