Parvathipuram, May 9 (prajaamaravathi): Grievance redressal is the top priority to the Government, said Deputy Chief Minister Mr Peedika Rajanna Dora. Mr Peedika Rajanna Dora attended the virtual way of inaugural programme of "Jaganannaku Chebudaam" from Parvathipuram collectorate on Tuesday. After the programme while interacting the media, he said that for timely and accountable redressal of grievances "Jaganannaku Chebudaam" was the answer. One can call 1902, if he faces difficulty in receiving welfare schemes, in receiving YSR Pension kanuka, ration card, any hurdles to farmers, citizens, women, senior citizens in availing Government services, any issues related to revenue records, any snag in receiving YSR Arogya sree, any individual grievances pertaining to Government services, he explained. Unique your service request (YSR) ID would be issued once grievance was registered, he said. There would be a prompt redressal under the programme, he said. The system was so designed to share and send regular updates of through sms to know the grievance status, he added. "Jaganannaku Chebudaam" programme would be monitored directly by Chief Minister's office, he informed. Jagan Mohan Reddy Government was an accessible and accountable Government, he said. 


Parvathipuram Manyam district had also geared up to implement the programme in true spirit, the Deputy Chief Minister said. Every where audit teams had been appointed and Project Monitoring Units had also established, he said. Public should utilise the best system introduced by Chief Minister Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy. 


In response to a question, Deputy Chief Minister Mr Rajanna Dora said that settlers had been supporting the development of the area. All sections of public should support and co-operate in developing the area especially in constructions roads and bridges, he added. If any one trying to create hurdles, would be taken action as per the act, he said.
