*IIT Madras Representatives Praise RTGS*
Amaravati (prajaamaravati): The implementation of a technological system like RTGS in the public sector is remarkable and represents innovative thinking, according to Professor V. Kamakoti, Director of IIT Madras. A team from IIT Madras visited the RTGS Central Command Control Center located in the Secretariat. Chief Minister’s Secretary Pradyumna and RTGS CEO K. Dinesh Kumar eloborated about the real-time governance system, its objectives, and the services it provides to the public.
They noted that the state government has set up the RTGS system in line with the innovative ideas of Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. Officials explained that all departments within the government are connected to RTGS, enabling enhanced services for the citizens. They highlighted that requests from the public to the government are monitored in real-time through a solution platform.
The Chief Minister's vision is to leverage advanced technological facilities to provide better services to the public. In line with governmental objectives, RTG utilizes artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologies to oversee the implementation of government schemes.
In a discussion, Professor V. Kamakoti emphasized the innovative nature of establishing a real-time governance system within a government framework and expressed IIT Madras readiness to collaborate with RTGS for further development.
