Gudivada, July 21 (prajaamaravati): State Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Kodali Srivenkateswara Rao (Nani) has said that CM Jaganmohan Reddy has done social justice by allocating 58 per cent posts to SC, ST, BC and minorities in the recruitment of nominated posts in the state. Tatineni Padmavati, who has been appointed as the Chairperson of the APSRTC Regional Board, met Minister Kodali Nani courtesy at his residence in Rajendranagar, Gudivada town, Krishna district. Presented a bouquet to Minister Kodali Nani. On this occasion, Tatineni Padmavati said that the government has given special recognition to women in the replacement of nominated posts. Padamata Sujatha also met Minister Kodali Nani, from Gudlavalleru Mandal of Gudivada constituency, who has been appointed as the director of KDCC Bank. Padamata Sujatha said she would do his best for the welfare of the farmers through the bank. Later, Minister Kodali Nani said that for the first time in the history of the state, SCs, STs, BCs and minorities got 58 per cent posts. In none of the 13 districts did the posts come up without a 50 per cent reduction. Out of the total 137 corporation posts, 79 posts have been allotted to SC, ST, BC and minorities. Women were given 69 positions. He said the government has taken steps to empower women politically. CM Jaganmohan Reddy's words were shown by hand. He said no government that has come to power in the state so far has replaced such a large number of corporation posts. He said the replacement was taken up by CM Jaganmohan Reddy himself. With the replacement of corporation posts, fair justice has been done to all those eligible in 13 districts of the state. He said the posts of directors of the respective corporations would also be filled soon. Meanwhile, Jaganmohan Reddy said that during the Prajasankalpa Yatra, promised to work for the betterment of the BC castes, set up corporations and work for the solution of the problems of the respective castes. Soon after coming to power, 56 BC corporations were formed with 139 castes and chairmen and directors were appointed to them. We are holding meetings with all BC castes and corporations to find out the problems faced by the respective castes and work towards resolving them. CM Jaganmohan Reddy said that all the BCs in the state were brought together with the formation of corporations. Minister Kodali Nani called on everyone to work hard to ensure that the welfare programs implemented by CM Jaganmohan Reddy in the state for the last two years are fully accessible to the people.
