Gudivada, Oct 14 (prajaamaravati): Andhra Pradesh Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Kodali Srivenkateswara Rao (Nani) wished the people of the state a happy Dussehra. Minister Kodali Nani spoke to media at the camp office in Gudivada town of Krishna District on Thursday. Dussehra is one of the important festivals of the Hindus and is celebrated for nine days along with Navratri, the tenth day of Vijayadashami. He said that the Asura who confronted the Goddess was killed in the form of Mahishi and the day of Mahishu's extermination was being celebrated all over the country as Dussehra. For the past two years people have been plagued by the corona epidemic, and with the grace of God they want the corona troubles to go away. The Durga Mata prayed for blessings to CM Jaganmohan Reddy, who is working for the welfare of the people of the state. Minister Kodali Nani wished the people of Telugu states and Telugus all over the world a happy Dussehra.
