- Minister of State for Civil Supplies Kodali Nani
Gudivada, Dec 21(prajaamaravati): State Minister for Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Kodali Srivenkateswara Rao (Nani) has made it clear that comprehensive development is to take place in all parts of the state with three capitals. Minister Kodali Nani spoke to the media at a meeting held at the Alankruta function hall in Gudivada town of Krishna District on Tuesday. He was of the view that the state would not have been divided into two if the late Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy had survived. He expressed concern that the YSR death would further aggravate the financial difficulties of the poor. Chandrababu is said to have shown Amravati only in graphics. After losing power, he made a pilgrimage to Thirumala and sought the blessings of Sri Venkateswara Swamy. However, Swami blessings will be on Amravati, where Lord Shiva resides, and on Shani Chandrababu, who is set up for real estate. CM Jaganmohan Reddy said if there was a capital in an area of 30,000 acres of government land, even the poor would be able to settle there. Apart from that, Jaganmohan Reddy has repeatedly said as an assembly witness that the acquisition of private lands would have created new zamindars in the Amravati region. However, three cans of channels, trash papers, Chandrababu's tail parties have been portraying themselves as opposing Amravati since Jaganmohan Reddy came to power. He challenged Jaganmohan Reddy to leave politics if he proved that he was ready for a debate on this and did not say that the capital should be set up where there are 30,000 acres of government land. He questioned who had filed cases in the court with the intention that 55,000 poor people should not be in Amravati. CM Jaganmohan Reddy reminded that whatever program is undertaken, the poor will be taken into consideration. Gudivada is proud to say that he has won four consecutive terms as an MLA from the constituency and will win another four. Past experience has shown that all parts of the state need to be developed and that if they are confined to just one area, they will have to suffer the rest. Minister Kodali Nani said the government was not ready to make just 30,000 people billionaires and all people in all areas were equal to the government. Pamarru MLA Kaile Anil Kumar, ZP Chairperson Uppala Harika, District Collector J. Nivas, Joint Collectors Dr K Madhavilata, Srivasu Nupur Ajayakumar, K Mohanarao, ZPTC member Golla Ramakrishna, MPPs Peyyala Adam, G. Pushparani, Gudivada RDO G.
