 Gudivada, Jan 26 (prajaamaravati): State Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Kodali Srivenkateswara Rao (Nani) is working for the development of ancient temples in Gudiwada town, said YSR Congress party state leader Dukkipati Sasibhushan.  On Wednesday, Dukkipati Sasibhushan spoke to the Media at the minister Kodali Nani's camp office.  Minister Kodali Nani had earlier met members of the Board of Trustees and devotees on the development work to be undertaken at the famous Sriganga Parvati Sameta Sribhimeshwara Swamy Temple in Gudivada.  He said he had also discussed with the endowment officials.  It has been decided to carry out development works like flooring, Beda mandapam, priestly quarters, goshala, yagsala etc. in the temple.  Rs. 1.53 crore CGF funds have been sanctioned.  We are carrying out the respective development works together with a partnership of Rs 17 lakh.  Devout people, he said, had appointed a temple development committee with seniors to oversee the work.  Chandarala Harirambabu has been appointed as the chairman of the committee and Joga Suryaprakasa Rao, Thota Prasad, Thota Shivaji, Rajanala Srinivas, PLV Subrahmanyam, Ravulakollu Subrahmanyam and Jyotula Srinivasrao have been appointed as members.  Meanwhile, a first meeting was held on Wednesday with temple officials, members of the temple board of trustees, members of the development committee and devotees.  YSR Congress Party District Steering Committee Member Mandali Hanumantrao Rs.  Lakh donation has been announced.  Development committee members PLV Subrahmanyam and Rajanala Srinivas were given Donations of Rs. One Lakh each. Another member, Joga Suryaprakash Rao, donated Rs 25,000.  Afterwards, the endowment officials congratulated the members of the Sribhimeswara Swamy Temple Development Committee who took charge.  The event was attended by YCP town president Gorla Srinu, district steering committee member Mandali Hanumantrao, development committee members and endowment officials.
