Gudivada, Jan 5 (prajaamaravati): State Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Kodali Srivenkateswara Rao (Nani) on Wednesday unveiled the 2022 New Year calendars printed by Navajanata daily, CVR and I News channels.
Nava Janata Editor G Shyam Babu, CVR News correspondent Qasim and I News correspondent Sundar met Minister Kodali Nani at his residence in Rajendranagar in Gudivada town of Krishna district. On this occasion, New Year calendars were handed over to Minister Kodali Nani. After unveiling the calendars, Minister Kodali Nani said that journalists work with great social responsibility. The public interest is paramount. Journalists who did not succumb to pressure and temptations were called upon to act as a bridge between the government and the people. He said the media was playing a key role in fighting public issues and mobilizing the people. He said he was delighted to unveil the New Year calendars printed by Navajanatha daily, CVR and I News channels. Minister Kodali Nani said that CM Jaganmohan Reddy was working for the welfare of journalists. Municipal Commissioner PJ Sampath Kumar, former Municipal Vice Chairman Adapa Babji, NTR Stadium Committee Vice-Chairman Paleti Chanti, YSR Congress Party Rural Mandal President Matta John Victor, Nandivada Mandal Agriculture Advisory Council Chairman Kondapalli Kumarreddy, leaders Menda Chandrapal, Mondru Venkateswara Rao and Yarlagadda Basavayya were present on the occasion. Madasu Venkata Lakshmikumari, Allam Rammohan, Pastor Manda Suvarnababu and others participated.
