Gudivada, Jan 5 (prajaamaravati): State Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Kodali Srivenkateswara Rao (Nani) has said that 37 bulk milk units will be set up in Krishna District Gudiwada constituency. Dwama project director Gorji Suryanarayana met Minister Kodali Nani at his residence in Rajendranagar, Gudivada town in Krishna district on Wednesday. On the occasion, Minister Kodali handed over a bouquet to Nani and wished him a Happy New Year. Later, Minister Kodali Nani reviewed with Dwama PD Gorji Suryanarayana on various activities taking place in Gudivada constituency. Speaking on the occasion, Gorji Suryanarayana said that 38 secretariats, 38 RBK centers, 27 YSR health clinics and 37 bulk milk units have been sanctioned for Gudivada constituency and the progress of construction work has been explained. The branding work of 55 units related to Solid Waste Management has reached its final stage. 62 km of plants have been planted. Later, Minister Kodali Nani said that CM Jaganmohan Reddy was working towards the goal of women empowerment. As part of this, the government has initiated a milk collection program through AP Pala Velluva in 264 villages in Krishna district. Minister Kodali Nani said that milk collection has started in 51 centers in Krishna district. The event was attended by Municipal Commissioner PJ Sampath Kumar, former Municipal Vice Chairman Adapa Babji, NTR Stadium Committee Vice Chairman Palleti Chanti, YSR Congress Party Rural Mandal President Matta John Victor, leaders Menda Chandrapal, Mondru Venkateswara Rao, Yarlagadda Basavaya, Madasu Venkata Lakshmikumari, Allam Rammohan and others.
