Youth should rededicate to social service: Governor Harichandan tells CII Young Indians
Vijayawada, September 7 (prajaamaravathi): Members of CII Young Indians Amaravathi chapter, called on Andhra Pradesh Governor Sri Biswabhusan Harichandan at Raj Bhavan here on Wednesday.
Sri M. Sandeep, Chairman of the CII Young Indians Amaravathi chapter briefed Governor Sri Harichandan on the activities taken up by the chapter commemorating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav marking 75 years of India’s Independence, with the active participation of 7000 youth and students. On this occasion, Governor Sri Harichandan launched the clothes prepared with bamboo fibre, which are 100% biodegradable and appreciated the efforts of the Chapter members on their environment-friendly initiative and said it is a great way to give back to the nature.
Sri R.P. Sisodia, Special Chief Secretary to Governor, Sri P.S. Suryaprakash, Joint Secretary, Sri Ramakrishna, Past Chairman of CII Andhra Pradesh, Sri B.B. Benerji, Chairman, Ms. V. Vandana, Co-Chair, Ms. Harika, Dr. Bhavan Chand, Executive Members of the CII Young Indians Amaravathi chapter, were also present on the occasion.
