Samagra Shiksha State Project Director Sri. B. Srinivasa Rao IAS, suggested that the curriculum should be designed in a thoughtful, simple style and in accordance with the current times to increase interest in the vocational course among the students.

He attended the workshop on 'Designing Vocational Education Course Textbooks' under the auspices of the School Education Department- Samagra Shiksha in Vijayawada on Wednesday. On this occasion, Samagra Shiksha SPD Sri. B. Srinivasa Rao IAS., speaking.. praised the vocational education course as the mantra to divert children to school.

He said that these courses not only improve life skills but are also useful for the physical and mental development of students. Vocational Trainers and Vocational Coordinators have been asked to work with dedication to strengthen vocational education in schools. He said that the material, tools, and books related to the vocational education course have already been sent. Each student is asked to prepare a project for a month and in the meetings of the parents' committee, they are asked to give a prize to their parents. They want to educate students so that they become interested in vocational education independently.
